Lost Judgment: How to Get & Use Skateboard

Lost Judgment, How to Get, Skateboard

Lost Judgment might be a video game about solving a gruesome mystery, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t plenty of fun activities, objectives, and items that can be completed and earned on the side. That includes earning the ability for Yagami to skateboard, which serves as a great mode of transportation alongside being a sick side activity. Here is everything you need to know about how to get and use the skateboard in Lost Judgment.

How to Get Skateboard in Lost Judgment

To actually get the skateboard in Lost Judgment, you’ll need to complete the Skateboard Detective vs Reseller part of the main story early on in the game. Once you do, Sugiura will just give you the skateboard.

If you head into your gear in the items menu, you can see it is now in the Skateboard subsection and is automatically equipped — and that it can not be unequipped.

Using the Skateboard

Since the Skateboard is already in Yagami’s inventory, it’ll automatically be equipped for use. All you have to do to activate it is only down R2 to start running. After a few steps, you’ll pull the board out while running. Once on it, press X to kick faster, Circle to jump, and R1 to get off.

It is important to note that you need to keep holding the left trigger forward. If you don’t, Yagami will hop off the board. Also, you can’t go on sidewalks with the board. If you do, he will jump off the board.

Something else that is actually kind of fun to know is that encounters in Lost Judgment don’t engage while on a skateboard, so this is not only a nifty way to get around quickly but also something you can use to avoid fights. The game also has a warehouse-converted skateboard park. You can complete various missions thereby performing tricks to meet the required score within the time limit.
