Like in Breath of the Wild, you can discover numerous stables throughout Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Besides allowing you to register horses, you can also rest, buy from traveling merchants, and take various side quests at these locations. These activities make visiting stables a priority during your playthrough, but some can be difficult to discover. Technically, there are two stables you can discover in the Gerudo Canyon: the Gerudo Canyon Stable and a mini stable. The Gerudo Canyon Stable is located right at the entrance to the Gerudo Desert east of the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower (-2730, -2245, 0029).

You can also find the Turakamik shrine on top of a high ledge at these coordinates: -2666, -2237, 0067. I suggest unlocking the teleportation point so you can easily go to the Gerudo Canyon Stable in the future.

During your first visit, the stable will not be operable due to the numerous wooden boxes filling the interior. You must help Piaffe clear the building by destroying or removing the boxes using the Ultrahand ability. Once everything is tidy, you will receive one Pony Point from the stable hand and unlock further side quests.

The second stable is located at Digdogg Suspension Bridge in Hyrule Field. The previous owner of the Gerudo Canyon Stable has moved from his old spot and set up a mini stable at -1691, -1660, 0020. You can also get another Point Point by speaking to Pirou, but you won’t be able to redeem any reward from him.
