Can You Play in Ace Combat 7 PC in Ultrawide? Answered

Recommended Videos

A couple of weeks after the release of the console version, the PC version of Ace Combat 7 has finally released. However, it doesn’t have all the features that some players were hoping for. Here’s everything you need to know about whether you can play Ace Combat 7 PC in ultrawide.

Unfortunately, as of the game’s release on Feb. 1, you cannot play Ace Combat 7 in ultrawide settings. Bandai Namco has not included the feature from the game’s launch.

If you’re unaware, ultrawide is when the aspect ratio is set to 21:9. It is a feature that’s available on a lot of other PC titles and would be great for a game like Ace Combat 7.

Of course, the feature could be added as part of an update sometime in the future, or it could be added as part of a community mod effort. Either way, don’t completely lose hope for the ability to play in ultrawide coming to the game.

Not being able to play in ultrawide isn’t the only issue that some Ace Combat 7 PC players have come across. Some HOTAS flight-sticks do not seem to be working for players and getting the game to display in 4K is also proving to be a challenge for many. Hopefully those issues will be fixed in the coming days, though.

That’s everything you need to know about whether you can play Ace Combat 7 PC in ultrawide. For more tips and tricks on the game, be sure to search for Twinfinite.
