How to Battle Other Players in Temtem

Because it’s an MMORPG, you’ll naturally be able to talk to and interact with other players. And, of course, you’ll be able to engage in some PvP action with them as well and see who has the better team.

You’ll be able to start fighting other players once you’ve acquired your first Temtem and start venturing out into the wild. The best way to do this is by bringing up your menu with the Tab or Esc button, then choosing the Interact option.

From here, you’ll see a full list of players currently in your area on the server you’re playing on. Just choose a player, and you’ll see the options to add them as a friend, play co-op with them, or fight them. If you pick the Casual battle option, they’ll need to accept the request and you can start fighting.

If you want to choose the Competitive battle option, however, you’ll first need to put together a Competitive squad. This can be done by accessing the terminal at a Temporium, and picking and choosing the critters you want on the squad.

The competitive option introduces a pick-and-ban element to the battles where each opponent will take turns picking and banning Temtems from the opposing team for each round.

To recap, here’s how to battle other players in Temtem:

  1. Choose the Interact option from the menu.

  2. Choose the player you want to fight, then choose the Casual or Competitive battle option.

  3. If you want to go Competitive, head to a Temporium first to put your squad together.

That’s all you need to know about how to battle other players in Temtem. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game. We’ve also got guides on how to restore health, stamina, and catch creatures.
