Healing Your Health in Temtem

Early on in the game, you’ll be tasked with journeying northward towards Arissola. However, the path there is long and perilous, and you’ll definitely need to restore your team’s health at some point.

The first way is by using consumable items, such as Balms. Professor Konstantinos will provide you with a few Balms in the beginning, but these can also be bought from HealTem stations and Temporiums.

Access your backpack with the Tab button, scroll to your items, and select the Balm and the Temtem you want to use it on.

Alternatively, you can also make use of the free HealTem stations and Temporiums you come across during your travels. HealTem stations can sometimes be found on the routes between towns or cities, allowing you to heal up quickly before continuing your journey.

Every major city also comes with a Temporium, which is basically this game’s equivalent of a Pokemon Center. They’re absolutely free of charge as well, so you’ll want to make use of them as much as possible.

Lastly, once you reach Brical de Mar, you’ll be able to get a Temessence Vial, which serves as a full heal for your entire team. You can only use it once before you have to recharge it at a HealTem station or a Temporium, so be aware of that.

To recap, here’s how to heal your health in Temtem:

  1. Use consumable items like Balms or Vital Apples.

  2. Make use of HealTem stations or Temporiums found in cities and routes.

  3. Use your Temessence Vial from the backpack once you acquire it at Brical de Mar.

That’s all you need to know about how to heal your team in Temtem. Be sure to search for Twinfinite for more tips and information on the game.
