Quantum Break is a game with a lot on its plate. It’s a game that also happens to contain an interactive show centered around time travel. Its cast boasts stars such as X-Men’s Shawn Ashmore, Game of Thrones’ Aiden Gillen, Lost’s Dominic Monaghan, and Fringe’s Lance Reddick. The wait for it has been long. First announced back in 2013, with a scheduled date of 2014, the game ended up missing that date and pushed to 2015. Then it was delayed to this year. If you were rightly worried that the game would be delayed yet again, worry no longer. Sam Lake, writer and creative director behind Quantum Break, has gone gold.

That’s the good news. The bad news is that now that we know it won’t be delayed, it’s gonna make the 6-week wait much more torturous. If only you could stop time like Jack Joyce…
So, rejoice! Quantum Break will definitely be coming to the Xbox One and PC on April 5.
