The final chapter of Nathan Drake’s adventure won’t be out until next year, but the multiplayer beta for Uncharted 4 begins this week. If you want to test the game’s multiplayer before next March, you’ll need to buy the most recent release in the series.
PlayStation Europe tweeted early details about the beta today, confirming that only owners of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection can access the Uncharted 4 beta. The beta will open around 12 p.m. Eastern, but Naughty Dog and Sony have not confirmed if it will be available in all regions tomorrow.

Naughty Dog held a live stream on Dec. 1 with details on the multiplayer beta. The beta client is 7 GB and will contain two maps where players can play a deathmatch mode. The beta will run from Dec. 3 to Dec. 13.
The Naughty Dog stream also showed off the Sidekick feature, where players can call in an AI character for support. This feature will be available in the beta.
