A Year of PlayStation Plus Is Going for $40 with This Deal

With the next generation consoles introducing  pay to play online through services like PlayStation Plus and Gold membership, players have become pretty accustomed to paying $50 renewal fees for their year’s membership. Today, you can grab a year of PlayStation Plus for a small but noticeable discount.

Newegg is offering a deal on 1 year PS Plus memberships for the price of $39.99. The page shows over 23,000 units sold, with limited quantities left available, and more than 500 sold within the last hour. Unfortunately, this won’t be an instant access deal – you’ll be shipped the physical card within 5-7 days depending on your location.
