Ghost Recon Wildlands: How to Save

How to Save – GHOST RECON WILDLANDS

Recommended Videos

With cartel members controlling most of Ghost Recon: Wildlands’ fictional version of Bolivia, there are threats around every corner. You will come across large groups of enemies and tough bosses, so you will want to save your game as often as you can to ensure that you do not waste your time.

Thankfully, the auto-save function in Wildlands is excellent and saves frequently. There is no manual save function in any of the menus, so you will have to rely on the auto-saves that occur after every significant action. Saving is shown by the symbol of the ‘ghosts’ in the bottom right corner of the screen. The image splits into four pieces and then another image appears, and so on. Each time this appears, the game is saving your game.

However, there is one way to ensure that the game auto-saves when you want it to. Opening up the tac menu for a few seconds, then closing it again, will prompt the game to record your progress. Therefore, if the game hasn’t done so automatically for a while, you can save your game that way.

That is how you save in Ghost Recon: Wildlands. For more on the game, see our wiki guide.
