Final Fantasy XV’s cover art for the U.S. was finalized last week, and now Square Enix has given us a look at the reversible art each physical copy of the game will have.
Whereas the regural art has Noctis and crew preparing for battle with three giant creatures in the sky, the reversible art is much simpler with just a logo and a background. In the U.S. and Europe the XV logo will be set on a black background. The reversible cover is reminiscent of older titles in the series like Final Fantasy VI, that also featured just a logo with a static background.
Final Fantasy XV launches on September 30, for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A feature-length film called Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV will be htting theaters across the U.S. on August 19. A recent trailer released by Square Enix shows off the film, along with the other properties in the Final Fantasy XV Universe.
Which version of the cover art will you be using when you get the game in September?
