What was previously in the beta stage on Bungie.net, Destiny: The Taken King’s Gear Manager feature is now live for all Guardians to take advantage of.
The Gear Manager, like its name implies allows players to quickly switch between their armor, weapons and other items found in their inventory. This makes it far easier for Guardians to switch their gear on the fly for a specific encounter.
Unlike the official Destiny companion app for smart phones, Gear Manager allows players to rearrange their gear to different filters like: “Maximize Light”, “Maximize Strength”, etc. In the Gear Manager, all of the loot is neatly categorized into different sections as well, ranging from primary weapons, secondary weapons, helms and other armor types.
