Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has begun yet another week at the top of the UK game charts. That means that the shooter has been in the No. 1 spot ten times since it was launched, with its longest consecutive run being seven weeks in a row.
The shooting giant’s run was stopped for one week with the release of LEGO Marvel’s Avengers but Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has managed to get back to the top spot, with Lego Marvel Avengers now sitting in second. FIFA 16 sits in a respectable third place with Grand Theft Auto V at fourth, and Star Wars Battlefront in fifth.
The lack of big releases so far this year means that most games in the top 10 are from last year, but no doubt that will change as 2016 rolls on. The top 10 are as follows:
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 3
- LEGO Marvel’s Avengers
- FIFA 16
- Grand Theft Auto V
- Star Wars Battlefront
- Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege
- Just Cause 3
- Fallout 4
- Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate
- Minecraft: Story Mode
