Telltale Hosting “Crowd Play” of Tales From the Borderlands at PAX Prime

Play the game with those who made it.

As Gamescom comes to an end, the countdown to PAX Prime begins. And with a fresh PAX comes a slew of special panels and events. One such special event that Telltale Games will host will directly involve the crowd in live gameplay. The Tales from the Borderlands Episode 4 LIVE Crowd Play event will show the potentially 500 audience members yelling and shouting at the Telltale Games representative controlling the game to tell them what choices to make. As should be evident by the event’s name, this Crowd Play will be for the latest offering in the series, episode 4: Escape Plan Bravo.

The Crowd Play event will be taking place Saturday, Aug. 29 at 8:30 P.M., in the Wyvern Theater. Telltale has assured fans through their blog post that cosplay is welcomed, and giveaways will happen.

Finally, they also make mention that we can expect screenshots, trailers, and release dates for Tales from the Borderlands, episode 4: Escape Plan Bravo in “the near future”, so hopefully that means the episode will be publicly released before PAX Prime. When we know, you’ll know.
