As a way to stay connected with players and release a steady stream of information about the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight game, Rocksteady Studios has begun a weekly video called Batman: Arkham Insider. In the first episode, the developers give players some bonus details on the Batman:Arkham Knight “All Who Follow You” trailer in their exclusive breakdown which you can watch below.

As the breakdown begins,  it is stressed that character dynamics and relationships are a crucial part of the story. For one, the secret that Batman has been working with Jim Gordon’s daughter behind Jim’s back will come to a head. But there is much more. To combat a challenge on a level that he has never faced before, Batman is forced to team up with his allies in a way that enables a “dual-play” character switching function in the game.

In Batman: Arkham Knight, Scarecrow takes the role as the lead villain, “pulling the strings” and acting as a “puppet master.” The new character to the Batman series, the Arkham Knight, is also controlled by Scarecrow, though he has his own motives and goals. He essentially copies Batman’s costume which the video reveals is a clue to a personal connection to or agenda against Batman behind his actions.

The video also has a cool question and answer section from fans. It reveals five fun facts.

1.Tanks can be taken out without using the Batmobile using a gadget called the disruptor which causes the tanks to self destruct.

2.In combat, you can now fire gadgets while gliding and when you land, you can pre-aim the batclaw to pull an enemy in.

3.Character skins will be available from the beginning of the game.

4. There will be no loading screens between environments. The game is totally seamless.

5. There will be challenge modes for the Batmobile which include racing and combat.
