Yo-Kai Watch has been an absolute smash hit for Level-5 and Nintendo in Japan, and it recently hit western shores in November. The game centers around a device known as the Yo-Kai Watch, that players use to find spirits(Yo-Kai) who are haunting people and causing mischief, and then capture them.
In a new video series to promote the game, Nintendo of America shows us a very important internal meeting about Yo-Kai Watch. Episode 1 saw NOA’s Senior Product Marketing Manager Bill Trinen possessed by a Yo-Kai and eating donuts intended for the whole board meeting. Episode 2 gave us an insult battle between Trinen and Fils-Aimé.
Now with the third installment of the series we get to see Reggie himself, dance to a peppy Yo-Kai tune much to the surprise of everyone else in the meeting. No other company in the world could dance to a tune from one of their games, and look so undeniably charming in the process. Now let’s just hope Reggie gets a rythm game of his own next year. Go ahead and take a look at the new video below.
Have you played Yo-Kai Watch yet? If not, is Reggie’s dancing enough to inspire you to run out and pick up the title today? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
