With these accessibility features, which we’ll go over down below, Naughty Dog’s goal is to make sure that as many fans as possible have an opportunity to experience the game from start to finish without any issues.

The Last of Us Part II will feature more than 60 accessibility settings when it launches on June 19, 2020, for the PS4, with “expanded options focused on fine-motor and hearing, as well as completely new features that benefit low-vision and blind players.”

The first accessibility feature that Naughty Dog dives into are the accessibility presets, which can help players with vision, hearing, and motor impairments.

There will also be alternate controls, a first for a Naughty Dog title, that will allow players to fully customize and remap every command on the controller, making it easy to play how you want to. Magnification and visual aids will help with folks who have trouble reading smaller text on-screen or have problems viewing certain colors.

The Last of Us Part II also includes five different difficulty modes for all types of players: Very Light, Light, Moderate, Hard, and Survivor. And best of all, trophies are not limited by difficulty.

If you head over to the PS Blog post, you can read all of the nitty-gritty details for yourself about the accessibility options.

The Last of Us Part II is set to launch on June 19. You can enjoy the latest trailer right here, info about The Last of Us podcast here, and a story about the possibility of Naughty Dog developing a third part to The Last of Us.
