Snowtopia continues to move towards a full release and developer TeaForTwo Games have recently released an early access version of Snowtopia to Steam. Alongside that, they also released a new trailer showcasing some of what players can expect. Check it out below.
While sure, most of the appeal is going to be creating really fun ski trails for visitors to ride down, but as the trailer demonstrates, you’ll need to consider things like long lines, access to a ski lift, places to rest, and more.
You’ll also need to contend with poor weather and even avalanches; and will have the opportunity to enrich your mountain with features such as ski schools and snow cannons. No word if there are any hungry Yetis though.
So far the response on Steam to Snowtopia has been “Mostly Positive.” While some players have noted that the game still needs more work, it appears that many are still high on the potential that the game has to be a solid management game for fans of this winter pastime. If we here at Twinfinite get our hands on it, we’ll be sure to weigh in with our impressions.
In the meantime, you can visit Snowtopia’s Steam page to learn more about it, and if you’re interested in buying into the early access, it’s currently on sale for $22.49 (normally $24.99).
