Firstly, the company has announced two more classic games that will be coming to the Switch eShop as part of Sega Ages: the Master System’s Alex Kidd in Miracle World (the first game in the Alex Kidd series) and the arcade version of Gain Ground. Added to yesterday’s reveal of Sonic the Hedgehog, Phantasy Star, and Thunder Force IV, this brings the total known Sega Ages games up to five. The company previously stated that over 15 games are currently planned.

Gain Ground is the first arcade game that has been announced as part of Sega Ages, and Sega has said that it will not be the only one.

The company has also stated that if the initial titles planned for release are successful, the lineup could expand to include titles from the Saturn and Dreamcast in the future.

If this did happen, what Saturn and Dreamcast games would you like to see come to the Switch eShop? Be sure to let us know in the comments below.
