Today, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced the games that will be provided to PlayStation Plus subscribers in January with no additional purchase necessary.

First of all, we get Ubisoft’s Steep, which I guess is quite appropriate given the winter season. The second game for PS4 is Keen Games’ action RPG Portal Knights.

Moving on to PS3, Konami’s Zone of the Enders HD Collection will bring back some anime mecha action. Do keep in mind that this isn’t Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner M∀RS for PS4, but the remaster for PS3. Harmonix’s Amplitude will complete the picture for Sony’s older console.

PS Vita fans will get YummyYummyTummy’s Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion (which is also included in the deal for PS4), and Surprise Attack’s Super Mutant Alien Assault.

It’s probably not the most groundbreaking lineup in recent years, but it isn’t toon bar either.

Do keep in mind that there are still a few days to go before we can sink our teeth in these new games, and you still have about a week to grab the PlayStation Plus lineup for December if you didn’t yet.

If you’re unfamiliar with any of the games in the list, you can check out a handy trailer below.
