Persona 5: The Royal for PS4 Gets New Trailer and Screenshots: New Characters, Location, and More

Today Atlus hosted the first Persona Super Live P-Sound Street 2019. During the livestream they revealed a new trailer, screenshots, and a Japanese release date for the upcoming game Persona 5: The Royal.

The trailer showcases new content, including the popular Tokyo district of Kichijoji and a new character named Takuto Maruki. On top of that, we’ll get to experience the third semester that wasn’t included in Persona 5.

Obviously, the new girl isn’t an alternate female main character. She is an additional Phantom Thief and her name is Kasumi Yoshizawa.

Persona 5: The Royal is coming exclusively for PS4 on October 31 in Japan. You can check out all the new assets below.

If you’re unfamiliar with the original game, it was launched in Japan on Sept. 15, 2016, but western fans had to wait until April 4, 2017, to be able to finally play the game in English.
