Persona 5 Royal: Watch the New Trailer Subtitled in English and Learn More of Story and Characters

Today Atlus revealed a new trailer for Persona 5: The Royal, or Persona 5 Royal as it’s titled for the west, but it was entirely in Japanese. Now you can watch it subtitled in English.

YouTube user Futaba Sakura uploaded a version of the video with English subtitles, and it’s very useful to catch a few glimpses of the story and the new characters if you don’t understand Japanaese.

You can watch it at the bottom of the post. Just make sure to click on the “cc” option in order to see the subtitles.

Persona 5 Royal releases in Japan on October 31 exclusively for PS4 and it’s also coming west in 2020 for the same platform.

If you’re unfamiliar with the original Persona 5, it was launched in Japan on Sept. 15, 2016 for PS4 and PS3, but western fans had to wait until April 4, 2017, to be able to finally play the game in English. Its release was welcomed with widespread acclaim from both fans and critics and it sold 2.7 million copies worldwide.
