We get to meet three new characters, the mysterious sisters Momo, Yuyu, and Rinka Kuon. Momo and Yuyu are twins and take care of the garden and the school. Rinka is the mysterious (and rather short) Principal.

Two more of the garden’s fairies are also revealed, Nemu and Pai.

More images introduce fishing in the garden’s pond. If you’re lucky, you can even fish back some of your lost equipment.

Players can take their time exploring the school ground, and depending on the time window the characters they’ll meet and the appearance of the school itself will change. Another important activity is taking care of the garden. Depending on the type and number of seed used and the type of water provided, you can harvest various things.

A returning feature is the ability to combine and reinforce weapons, shields, panties, and bras. On top of that, this time around you can use the “flowering” feature to give your favorite items an effect of your choice. This ties in with gardening, which provides the necessary materials.

As the story progresses you can challenges adventures with unusual rules offered by Nemu and Pai, named “Fairy Adventures.” You can’t use your usual equipment, but your gear is picked automatically. This means that you can gather Omega Power safely without risking your items.

Another new element of the game is that even the fairies can help identify unknown equipment this time around, even if they do it in the… usual way.

You can check all the images out below. Do keep in mind that they come from magazine scans, so the quality is not perfect.

Omega Labyrinth Life and Labyrinth Life will release respectively for Nintendo Switch and PS4 in Japan on August 1. No western release has been announced for now, but the South East Asian version will come with English subtitles.
