Starting off the Gamescom Opening Night Live show, a new Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War trailer gives fans an introduction to the campaign’s story.
The game was finally revealed fully yesterday, as part of an in-game Warzone event and the new trailer, which you can see below, details the mission you will venture on alongside Woods and Adler.
As the trailer’s description reads: “In January 1981 at CIA Headquarters, Jason Hudson briefs the U.S. President on an imminent threat of attack.” It sounds like you’ll have to take out an imminent and violent threat called Perseus (spelling to be confirmed).

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will release on Nov. 13, with a PS5/Xbox Series X version to follow when the consoles launch.
