Today Muv-Luv developer âge provided more information about its recently-announced 20th-anniversary event.

The event is titled “Still Breathing” which is quite appropriate considering that the developer has been on the quiet side after the release of its latest visual novel series Schwarzesmarken, besides taking care of the now-closed mobile game Muv-Luv Alternative Strike Frontier and a few western localizations culminating with the recent Photonflowers.

It’ll be hosted on October 22 at the Avex building in the Minami Aoyama ward of Tokyo, which is appropriate since Avex Entertainment is âge’s parent company.

Things will begin with a sale of merchandise related to âge’s games and will continue with a “Talk Show” with creator Kouki Yoshimune and a “Mini Live” concert.

While details are still unknown, we now have a schedule of what will go down.

  • 11:30 Garage Sale line opens
  • 11:30 Garage Sale admission
  • 16:00 Talk Show venue admission (it’ll be at “The Canteen” on the 17th floor of the building), exhibition, and distribution of themed food menu
  • 18:00 Talk Show live event starts
  • 20:00 Mini Live starts
  • 20:30 Mini Live ends
  • 21:00 Event closes

At the moment we don’t know whether âge will provide relevant announcements related to games at the show, but the “Still Breathing” title might indicate that they’re ready to show that they’re still active.

When I interviewed Kouki Yoshimune himself last year, he was quite cryptic about the plans for the future, so I wonder if he’s ready to provide more details.

Below you can see a small image headlining the event, featuring characters from two of  âge’s most popular games, Muv-Luv itself and Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, which is basically its prequel.

If you don’t know what Muv-Luv is all about, it’s arguably one of the best visual novel series of all time. The main series can be found in English on Steam and on PS Vita.
