First of all, a developer from Military Visualizations posted a single screenshot of the de Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver.

The aircraft, introduced in 1948 is a true classic and there are still many flying today. It’s certainly one of the most-wanted general aviation birds among many dedicated simmers.

FlightSimGames is continuing to work on its Pilatus Porter PC-6 and released more work-in-progress videos.

Next is Homa Sim, which posted a teaser trailer of its Imam Khomeini International Airport (OIIE) in Tehran.

Last, but not least, Simulación Extrema continues to work on Chilean airfields and announced Cabo Juan Román Airport in Aysén.

This is a smaller airport in the middle of the super-scenic Aysén Fjord in Chile. Below you can see the control tower and the nearby Presidente Ibáñez Bridge.

Recently, we published our massive interview with head of Microsoft Flight Simulator Jorg Neumann, who provided a lot of new info about the present and future of the sim.

A few days ago, we heard more about the Xbox version of the simulator and we saw some impressive performance upgrades for the PC version which will come at the same time.

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality), MMORPGs, and visual novels are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
