Yesterday Bioware General Manager Aaryn Flynn took to Twitter to answer fan questions about the upcoming installment in the Mass Effect franchise, Andromeda.
First off, he talked about DLC, which has been a staple of the series. Fans of Mass Effect 2 will remember the excellent selection of supporting content available after launch, like Lair of the Shadow Broker. Of course, he can’t say much right now, but we do now know that the game will not ship with a season pass.
Nope

This could mean that they’re trying out a similar system to the Cerberus Network from the second game, or have a completely new approach to post-launch content.
Further, Flynn also clarified that yes, EA Access members will be able to play the game early. EA Access is a subscription service where you can pay monthly to have early access / extra content for games published by EA. Fear not though, this will only be a limited time before the games launches in March.
