The gameplay was presented during a livestream directly by producer Kenichiro Takaki (known as the creator of the Senran Kagura series), alongside Rumi Ookubo, who plays the role of Pan Ziyu in the game.

Speaking of Pan Ziyu, she and her twin sister Pan Dina are the protagonists of the first video below, showing the story mode from the point of view of their team, CS Productions’ Hell’s Kitchen.

The second and third videos showcase multiplayer gameplay, also providing another look at guest characters Asuka and Yumi from the Senran Kagura series.

Do keep in mind that this isn’t split-screen multiplayer, which isn’t in the game. It’s online multiplayer using four PS4 consoles showcased on the stream at the same time.

If you want to learn more about the game, you can also enjoy the first traileranother promotional video, the first gameplay on PS4, more gameplay showing off Asuka and Yumi, and a lot of info on DLC, which will bring more waifus from the Senran Kagura series. You can also read all the information that Takaki-san himself recently provided us with.

On top of that, we interviewed Takaki-san about his future projects and his departure from Marvelous.

Kandagawa Jet Girls releases in Japan for PS4 on January 16, 2020. At the moment, a western release has not been announced.

Hopefully, we’ll hear something from Xseed Games and Marvelous Europe at some point soon, considering that the Japanese release is coming close.
