If you missed out on Ubisoft Forward, then you’re still in luck. As was mentioned earlier, this was supposed to be a gift for those who watched the digital presentation on June 12.

But Uplay crashed due to an overwhelming response from PC gamers who were trying to get their hands on a free copy of Watch Dogs 2. Ubisoft then announced on Twitter that even those who couldn’t log in during the event would still get their game.

And that’s where we are now. Ubisoft currently has this page set up where you can click ‘REGISTER HERE TO CLAIM YOUR UBISOFT FORWARD REWARDS’. Doing so will bring you to a new page where you can either sign in to your Uplay account or create a new one.

Just make sure that you don’t take your time. The link on the Ubisoft Forward Rewards page is only good until July 15 at 11:59 PM PDT.

Once you sign in with your current or new Uplay account, then you should see the image below on your screen. This indicates that you have registered for the Ubisoft Forward reward and that the free copy of Watch Dogs 2 will be delivered to your account.

It’s important to note that the game won’t appear instantly on your Uplay account. All we know from Ubisoft is that the games will be distributed starting July 13 and continuing from there in waves.

That’s all there is to know about how to get Watch Dogs 2 for free on PC. If there’s any part of this that just isn’t clicking for you, then let us know in the comments and we’ll see if can clear it up for you.
