Today Kojima Productions had an interesting tease to share at PAX Australia, the name of the first actress that will appear in Hideo Kojima’s new game.

The actress, who was teased yesterday with a silhouette, was revealed today via a QR Code exhibited at the show (courtesy of Lance McDonald) which led to a secret area of the Kojima Productions website.

There, you can find the full reveal that you can also see below, an image of Elle Fanning’s face covered with a red filter and the lettering “Who am I?”

We also read “A Hideo Kojima Game X Elle Fanning,” clearing any possible doubt on the nature of the reveal.

Yet, this is not all. Not content with one reveal, Kojima-san himself also dropped another tease, featuring what appears to be a different actress’ silhouette.

We know that Hideo Kojima is working on a new game in partnership with Xbox Game Studios, but we’re not even entirely sure that this game and that game are the same game. We’ll have to wait for the full reveal and see what the master of deception is preparing behind the scenes.

Elle Fanning is perhaps most known for her role as Princess Aurora in the 2014 movie Maleficent and its sequel Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.

Other roles of note include the recent Hulu series The Girl from Plainville and The Great, in which she plays the role of Catherine the Great, the last empress of Russia.
