Forge creator Ryouji Gunblade combined two things that gamers love — Halo’s Grifball mode and a locale from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. With these two mega-franchises combined, Ryouji offers an arena that brings the best of both worlds.
Thanks to Youtube channel Forge Labs, we get a closer look at how Ryouji Gunblade’s map works. As you can see from the video above, Ryouji spared no expense trying to get the famous Temple of Time to look and feel like it did from the Nintendo 64 classic.
One of the most breathtaking details seen in this Forge map is the lighting where the Master Sword lays dormant. There’s a beam of light coming in from the window pane as it hits the famous sword as the classic weapon seethes with a burning blue aura.
There’s even three renditions of the Spiritual Stones that lay on the altar in front of the Door of Time, just like they were in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
