Square Enix hosted an Active Time Report (via DualShockers) today, revealing even more details and info on Final Fantasy XV, which is less than three weeks away from its official release. The new demo will be made available on the Japanese PSN store, and no details on a North American and European release have been announced just yet. However, anyone with a Japanese PSN account will be able to download and access the demo.
According to game director Hajime Tabata, the new demo will show off the first chapter of the full game, giving players a proper sample of what the final product will look and play like. Considering that the past two demos we’ve gotten (Episode Duscae and Platinum), not counting the E3 build we checked out this year, have felt a little clunky in terms of combat and camera control, here’s hoping that the final demo will actually play out smoothly.
Final Fantasy XV is set to be released for the PS4 and Xbox One on November 29.
