Final Fantasy VII Remake’s Release Celebrated With Message by Yoshinori Kitase

As April 9 turns into April 10 across the world, Square Enix is officially rolling out the massively-anticipated Final Fantasy VII remake.

In order to celebrate, Sony Interactive Entertainment released a video message starring producer Yoshinori Kitase.

In the video, titled “thank you for waiting,” Kitase-san talks about what the team aimed to do with the Remake, briefly listing what we can expect.

You can check it out below. Incidentally, the trailer has a “small print” mention that the gameplay is captured on PC. 

We likely shouldn’t read much into it, as we already know that the exclusivity clause lasts a year, and this kind of trailer is often captured on a development build running on PC, but it’s still  a neat little treat.
