New Final Fantasy Tactics Stage Is Available Now in Dissidia NT

dissidia, orbonne monastery

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT released back in January for PS4, and it appears that Square Enix is ready to start handing out some freebies. The latest update to the fighting game brings with it a brand new stage: Orbonne Monastery from Final Fantasy Tactics. The stage is available right now for free to all Dissidia players. All you have to do is download the latest update.

Final Fantasy Tactics’ first representation in the Dissidia spin-off series was in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT with the inclusion of the game’s main protagonist, Ramza. Likewise, this is the first appearance of the Orbonne Monastery stage in Dissidia.

This new stage is fairly small in size. The fighting takes place outside of the monastery, similarly to how it did in the original PlayStation game. It also features dynamic weather effects; as the fight progresses, it will get darker and begin to rain. You can check out the new stage in more detail, as well as get a glimpse of the stage’s origins, in this video posted by the official Final Fantasy Twitter account.

Along with the new stage, patch 1.06 introduces various balance adjustments and bug fixes. Here are the full patch notes:
