Open to all.

E3, 2016. predictions

Every summer, E3 comes around and brings with it a slew of previews and announcements. E3 2017 will be the most different from them all, as it’ll be made open to the public for the first time in the event’s history. While people have asked for it to be open to everyone for years now, the Entertainment Software Association has decided to start with this year. 15,000 tickets will be opened for the public to get a hold of.

Tickets for E3 2017 will begin to be sold next Monday, Feb. 13 at $150 as part of an early bird discount. Other tickets will be priced at $250, but either way, you get access to the show floor, panel discussions, and any other event that runs from Tuesday to Thursday of that week. Attendees will also get access to special benefits with Geoff Keighley’s yearly programming during the week, including developer interviews. More information on that front will be coming in the future.
