Bandai Namco just released a new trailer of its popular fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ, showing another upcoming DLC character.
Since we didn’t have enough versions of Goku in the game, we’re getting another one to beef up the team, Kid Goku from Dragon Ball GT, which was teased a few weeks ago.
We also get a release date, and we’ll be able to play this additional version of the popular protagonist on May 9.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. If you want to know why it’s so well loved by anime and fighting games fans alike, you can check out our review.
The second DLC pass of the game also includes Videl and Jiren, with Broly from Dragon Ball Super and SSGSS Gogeta who have been teased for a release down the line. You can also see them proudly displayed at the end of the trailer. One more character remains unknown.
The game was recently confirmed to be part of the official line-up of titles that will appear on the main stage of the EVO 2019 fighting game tournament. We also saw a rather gorgeous figure by MegaHouse portraying the game’s original character, Android 21.
