The Destiny 2 Leviathan raid is coming soon, launching this Wednesday, September 13, and you’ll definitely want to get your Guardian raid-ready. If you’re unsure of what kind of power level you need to shoot for, Destiny 2’s Luke Smith has tweeted today what kind of level you should expect to be at if you want to take on the raid.
According to Smith, Destiny 2’s first raid will have a power level recommendation of 260 – 280. Of course, the higher your power level, the better you’re going to end up doing, so if you’re still milling about below the recommended level you might want to get some serious, hardcore Destiny 2 in before Wednesday rolls around.

This will be your first opportunity to join a raid in Destiny 2 since its launch, so if you’ve been looking forward to a massive battle, this will be your chance. You’ll also want to start asking around in your gaming groups to see if the people you play with are ready to join the party, especially with such high power level requirements hanging in the balance. It’s not going to be a simple process, but it certainly is going to be a rewarding one.
