Today Hideo Kojima himself revealed the prototype of a figma action figure dedicated his upcoming and still-mysterious game Death Stranding.
The figure portrays the game’s protagonist Sam, and since it’s a figma, it’s likely by Max Factory.
Incidentally, if you don’t know what a “figma” is, it’s a posable action figure brand created by Max Factory which has become so popular over the years that many simply use the name as a synonym of “Japanese action figure.”
Of course, since this is just a first prototype, it’s not necessarily representative of the final product, and it’s still unpainted. That being said, it already looks very promising.
