Dark Souls Remastered Network Test Now Available for Download on Switch

dark souls remastered

After a long delay, Dark Souls Remastered finally has a set release date for this October on Switch. Before that, though, Bandai Namco is launching a network test for the game on the Switch, just like they did for the console launch of the game. If you’re hoping to get a feel for the game before buying it next month, the network test is now available for download, and you can engage in a bit of PvP action over the next few days.

The download and install size weighs in at around 888 MB, and the network test will run from Sept. 21 to 23, from 5 p.m. to 9.pm Pacific Time. During this time, you’ll be able to log in to the application, choose a class, and start going through a quick level with another player in co-op, or choose to invade another player’s game.

Dark Souls Remastered is already available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and will be coming to the Switch on Oct. 19.
