The company said in a tweet that the title will be part of the June lineup of free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers, while additional details about that month’s lineup will be revealed later this week.

Call of Duty: WWII originally launched in 2017 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One and developed by Sledgehammer Games. The first-person shooter was set during World War II, a setting that the franchise had not visited since Treyarch’s Call of Duty: World at War in 2008.

The May lineup of free games for PlayStation Plus members is still available until next week on Monday, June 1, and includes city-building game Cities: Skylines and Farming Simulator 19.

Those with a lapsed subscription may want to wait until June 3 when Sony holds its annual Days of Play event with discounts on select PlayStation Hits games, newer games, accessories, and services. A 12-month PlayStation Plus membership, which costs $59.99, will be discounted at 30 percent off. The Days of Play sales event begins June 3 and ends two weeks later on June 17.
