Assassin’s Creed: Origins is less than a month away now and fans of the series are eager to jump back in after the series took a year off in 2016. Assassin’s Creed: Origins will be set in ancient Egypt during the Roman occupation led by Julius Caesar and will allow players to see the early days of the assassins order.
It has been revealed on the game’s official Microsoft Store page that the game’s size comes in at 42.3GB. This is about the average size for a triple A game nowadays and similar in size to the last Assassin’s Creed game, Syndicate. If you’re buying the game digitally you shouldn’t have to wait to long for the game to install, though it depends on your internet.
Big games such as Origins usually allow you to pre-download the game a few days before release so you’ll want to do that in order to make sure you can jump right in as soon as the game’s released. We’ve seen plenty of gameplay footage and trailers since the game was announced at E3 earlier this year and so far it looks like it’s coming together nicely.
Assassin’s Creed: Origins is set to be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 27.
