To say that fans have been hyped for the release of Overwatch would be a gross understatement. People have been going nuts, waiting for this game since the open beta came to a close. When Blizzard announced the exact timings for when the servers would be live on launch day, people preloaded the game, excited by the prospect of being able to lose themselves in this competitive multiplayer shooter again. Launch day came, and we were greeted by this.
It would appear that whether you’re on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC, no one can seem to get into the game. Servers aren’t connecting, and no one can log into Battle.net. For now, the servers seems to be plagued with an error called BC-101 (at least on PS4), not allowing players to get into the game or even play through the tutorial stages.
It would appear that some players were able to get into Overwatch on PS4 after multiple attempts of trying to log in, but there hasn’t been any official word from Blizzard on any server woes just yet. We’ll keep you updated as more info comes our way.
