The Apple Arcade service, introduced earlier this year, will be launching for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV devices next week on Thursday, Sept. 19.

The service will cost $4.99 per month for a family subscription, though users can sign up for a one month free trial before subscribing.

The service is similar to Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass in that it offers over 100 games to freely download and play as long as users are subscribed to the service.

Apple showed off Apple Arcade during the presentation today, which includes its own dedicated tab on the bottom bar of the App Store.

Other publishers took the stage during the presentation to show off games with Konami and its re-imagining of arcade classic Frogger, Capcom’s 2D underwater platformer Shinsekai Into The Depths, and Annapurna Interactive’s rhythmic runner Sayonara Wild Hearts.

Apple said its catalog of games for the service would be exclusive to its mobile platform or any other subscription service. That would mean the Apple Arcade games would not be coming to Android or services like Xbox Game Pass, but can still be released on other platforms like WayForward Technologies’ Shantae and the Seven Sirens.
