The Legend of Zelda series returns to the Nintendo Switch once again in the form of a Link’s Awakening remake. With a charming cartoon-esque visual style and all the bizarre gameplay that makes the game such a classic, the remake is well worth checking out for veterans and newcomers alike. Here’s how to get more hearts and health in Legend of Zelda Link’s Awakening.
Getting More Health and Hearts in Link’s Awakening
First off, if you’re looking to simply recover hearts that you’ve lost getting hit by an enemy, you’ll be able to find these little hearts by cutting grass and defeating enemies, as well as running into fairies.
Grass can be found all over the place, and enemies well, you’ll know when you’ve run into one. Fairies are often found after boss battles or tough enemies and will heal 10 hearts of health.
They can be put in bottles if you’ve got one in your inventory to be saved for later by using the bottle when standing next to a fairy.
