Who Is Donny Blaze in She-Hulk?

As far as we know, Donny Blaze is just a stage magician in She-Hulk. While he does share the same name as Johnny Blaze, AKA the Ghost Rider, he doesn’t seem to have any connection whatsoever to the skull head or the Spirit of Vengeance.

When his appearance was first teased in early She-Hulk trailers, fans had initially speculated that the show would mark the debut of Ghost Rider. The last name Blaze is a giveaway, and add on the fact that his magic show is themed around fire and flames, and it seems like an obvious hint that the Ghost Rider is finally getting added to the MCU.

Unfortunately, from what we’ve seen in this episode, Donny Blaze simply used to be a student of the Mystic Arts before stealing a sling ring and moving to Los Angeles to host his own magic shows. With the help of Jen Walters, Wong then sues him for misuse of the Mystic Arts, and they finally get their way when they help Donny take care of a little demon problem. It seems unlikely that we’ll see Donny Blaze again, but only time will tell.
