Thanks to this game’s success, the sequel might just be one of the most anticipated releases in recent memory. But when does it come out? God of War Ragnarok Release Date

Sony Santa Monica Studio has now confirmed that God of War Ragnarok will release on Nov. 9, 2022 for PS4 and PS5. The news came officially from the PlayStation Twitter account.

The news also came alongside a new ‘Father and Son’ trailer showing Kratos and Atreus fighting a whole host of new enemies together. We also get a quick glimpse of an enormous Fenrir at the very end. You can check out the trailer below.

God of War Ragnarok was originally scheduled to release in 2021 alongside Horizon Forbidden West, though both titles were pushed to this year, with the latter obviously being the only one to stay the course and release at that given time.
