It’s that time of the year again when Epic Games gives the Fortnite Battle Royale island a spooky makeover. That’s right, Fortnitemares 2022 has arrived, bringing with it a Zero Build Horde Rush mode, unvaulting the Pumpkin Launcher and Candy, and a bunch of quests for you to complete and earn some spooky cosmetics along the way. Like all good things, though, Fortnitemares must come to an end in Fortnite eventually, and as such some players are wondering how long they’ll have to soak up the eerie atmosphere that’s washed over the island.

As noted by the official blog post detailing the Fortnite 22.20 update, Fortnitemares will come to an end at 2am ET on Nov. 1.

At that time, the Fortnitemares quests will no longer be available, and the Howler Claws weapon, Pumpkin Launcher and Candy will all be Vaulted. In other words, if you want to grind out all of the free cosmetics, you’ve got just under two weeks to complete all of the quests as they drop.

Unlike the rest of the Fortnitemares content, the Zero Build Horde Rush mode will be playable until Nov. 15. It’ll be a game mode available in the Discover screen for two whole weeks after the rest of the Halloween-themed goodness comes to an end.

After Fortnitemares ends on Nov. 1, there will be Horde Rush Quests that players can complete for a special reward, though exactly what this is remains to be seen at this time.
