When Does Avatar 2: The Way of Water Come Out?
You can expect the return of Jake Sully and Neytiri on Dec. 16, 2022 in the United States and on Dec. 14, 2022 internationally. Pandora is surely going to look entirely different after 13 years of advancements in movie technology.
Avatar 2: The Way of Water was originally going to release in December 2021, but complications of the COVID-19 pandemic caused a delay that pushed Avatar 2 into this year.
Will the Original Avatar Have Remastered Audio & Video?
If you watched the 2009 version of Avatar today, you’d certainly see its age. At the same time as announcing the Avatar 2 official title and release date, a re-release of Avatar was confirmed to be coming to theaters worldwide on Sept. 23. This version is confirmed to include remastered audio and video, but it is unknown what will become of the re-release after the theatrical run.
When Will Avatar 2: The Way of Water Come to Disney+?
The honest answer to this is that there is currently no known date.
When it comes to studios with streaming services lately, it seems the usual thing is to release the film onto the streaming service roughly 45 days after it first hits theaters. However, Disney+ has never seemed to follow anything close to that.
There you have it, everything you need to know for when Avatar 2: The Way of Water will be coming out, as well as when the Avatar remaster and Disney+ release.
