Players can expect Overwatch 2 season 2 to start on Dec. 6. As with all character additions, this is the exact same date that Ramattra will be joining the game for everyone to figure him out.

It’s likely there will be other big changes coming to the game as it slips into its second season, but for now, this is all that we know.

All Ramattra Abilities in Overwatch 2

At this moment, all we know about Ramattra is that he will join as Overwatch 2’s 10th tank character and 36th playable character overall. Overwatch 2 is following the usual character announcement path, and all we get at first is an origin story video. Though, considering there is only a little over a month until season 2 starts, a full gameplay reveal should be coming sometime soon. We will update you when we know more.

For now, this is everything there is to know about when Ramattra and Overwatch 2 season 2 are coming out.

Since releasing into free-to-play, Overwatch 2 has been a massive hit. Just 10 days out from release last month, it had already been played by 25 million people. Seeing as the most recent new character Kiriko is a healer, and Ramattra is a tank, we can hopefully expect the next character to be Damage.
