The stores refresh in Splatoon 3 at 5pm PST / 7pm CT / 8pm EST / 1pm GMT every single day. That simplifies things greatly considering the time never changes; however, keep in mind that changing your Switch’s timezone or clock won’t speed up the process in Splatoon 3. You’ll have to wait just like everyone else.
With that said, the shops aren’t the only place to obtain sweet cosmetic gear; in fact, playing specific game modes can net you exclusive rewards. If that sounds good to you, then by all means join in with your friends or go at it solo in game modes like Salmon Runs.
Outside of Salmon Runs, there’s also SplatNet 3, a component of the Nintendo Switch Online app. It’s a good place to get your hands on items that you may not have seen before.
