Is There a Difficulty Trophy in Valkyria Chronicles 4? What You Need to Know

Recommended Videos

When there are different difficulty settings in a game, there’s often a trophy (or in the case of the Xbox, an achievement) that can be unlocked by playing on the hardest difficulty setting. Others have stackable trophies that unlock as you complete each difficulty setting the game has. Either way, with trophies being such a darn compelling thing to collect, chances are you’re wondering whether or not Valkyria Chronicles 4 has a difficulty trophy.

After all, if it does, you’ll probably want to just play through on the highest difficulty setting in order to get as many trophies as you can in one fell swoop, and to avoid you from having to put another 60 hours into the game completing it.

Well, we have some good news for you. From scanning through Valkyria Chronicles 4’s trophy list, there isn’t a difficulty trophy that you’ll need to worry about. What’s more, if you find that you may have made a mistake in setting the difficulty too low or too high at the start of the game, this can be changed at any time.

In order to change difficulty in Valkyria Chronicles 4, all you need to do is ensure you’re in Book Mode, which you’ll be in when you’re looking at all the different chapters you can access. From here, simply press Triangle to access the menu, and select the Difficulty option. You can now switch between the different difficulty options in Valkyria Chronicles 4, so you can fine tune it to your liking, not that you’ll need to for any difficulty trophy requirements.

And there you have all you need to know regarding difficulty settings and whether or not there’s a difficulty trophy in Valkyria Chronicles 4. Looking for more tips and tricks on the game? Check out our Valkyria Chronicles 4 wiki here.
